Summer is Here

It’s sum, sum, summertime. Don’t let the heat keep you from dancing.

Our 2026 Boogie committee is working hard to make the August dance event a fun weekend.

The August Beach Boogie is going to be a sellout. We have one table for six not sold and a various other seats at other tables. We are out of regular rooms. If you still want a ticket, contact Mike Lapina. He will help you get a ticket and a room if he can.

We need donations for the baskets that will be raffled off at the Beach Boogie dance. You don’t have to donate a whole basket, just bring one or two items to the next dance. Some of the basket themes already in progress are Beach, Wine, Margarita Party, Bubbly, Rock-N-Roll, Tropical Drinks and Pickleball. If you think of another theme just let Sharon know. We would love to have more non-alcohol baskets and possibly a whiskey or bourbon basket. Suggestions and donations are welcome. The raffle is in support of our Beach Boogie event.

In May we have two dances scheduled. Friday May 15th and Friday May 29th. There will be East Coast Swing dance lessons for both nights. Instructors Mike and Debbe Lapina. 

One more note, all the dances for 2026 are posted on our TBBB web site calendar. Look ahead, plan ahead. Bring some friends, spread the word. TBBB is on the grow
